The Vesuvius Vantage is capable of spreading any type of material from solid consistencies to liquids evenly up to 30 feet. This unique task is achieved by its patented front hydraulic panel that quite simply pushes the material to be spread from the front to rear, eliminating the need and the trouble experienced with the conventional floor chains. The process mentioned above removes virtually all daily maintenance leaving only a small number of hearings to be greased and a visual oil level check (little more than your average rotary spreader). This truly is the rear discharge designed for today's busy farmer who has little time to maintain machinery.
The speed of discharge is controlled by our mechanical device which reduces the oil flow as the ram moves forward enabling the operator to simply engage the spool valve prior to spreading.
The spreader with no floor chain means no trouble.
